Our telephones are answered between the hours of 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.
When calling the office, please choose from the list of options. If your call is not an emergency, you may be asked to leave a message. To ensure we can get back with you promptly, please give an alternate number where you can be reached. Your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you are calling for a prescription or refill, please have your pharmacy and phone number available.
Should you need to reach a physician after office hours, your call will be answered by an answering service. The physician on call will be contacted and will return your call. If you are an established patient please contact the office where you are normally seen. Or, if you are a new patient please contact the most conveniently located office.
